absolutely horrendous! The old elevator doesn’t even stop on every floor, so lugging suitcases up the stairs was a joy. Then, the beach of comfort? Try a hard sofa bed that requires a massage after. I seriously expected a complimentary upgrade for this experience. Definitely not worth my time.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the main square! It was pleasant to have a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals.
Navigating the small elevator was a hassle! Also, the signage was minimal, making it tricky to find initially.

We loved our spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for quick meals after a day exploring Nice. The kids enjoyed playing at the nearby park, just a short walk away. The location made it easy to pop over to the beach for some fun in the sun.
My wife says that climbing the stairs was tough with our kids and luggage.
